Terms of Service
Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. Last updated 14 October 2026.
The service
InvoicePi provides online software for creating quotes and invoices, recording payments and related business administration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you create, including tax amounts and your business details.
Free trial and subscriptions
- New accounts receive a free trial. No payment details are required to start.
- You are only charged after you choose a paid plan and confirm it at checkout. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If your trial or subscription ends, your records stay available to view and export, but you cannot create new documents until you choose a plan.
Online payments
Card payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. Funds are paid to your connected Stripe account; InvoicePi does not hold your money.
Acceptable use
You must not use InvoicePi to send misleading or fraudulent documents, spam, or content that breaches any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid in the previous 12 months.
