Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Business records you enter: business details, customers, items, quotes, invoices, payments and attachments.
• Usage and security logs, such as sign-ins and changes to important records.

How we use it

To provide the service, send the emails you ask us to send, process subscriptions, keep the service secure and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Our service providers include Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email), some of which may process data overseas.

Your customers’ information

When you add your customers’ details to InvoicePi you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We process that information on your behalf.

Access, correction and deletion

You can view and correct your information in the app, export everything from Settings → Your account & data, and permanently delete your account there too.
